Full registration fees cover March 18 through March 21, the entire duration of the conference. If One-day or Two-day registration is selected, you will be required to indicate the days you plan to attend and this will be reflected on your badge and registration materials.

Refunds
Registrants who cancel must request a refund of fees paid in writing.  Cancellation requests received at Convention Data Services by February 19, 2014, midnight EST will be processed, less a $75 administrative fee.  No refunds will be issued until 7 – 15 days post-event.  No funds will be made after February 19, 2014.  Purchased meal tickets are non-refundable.  Refunds will not be granted for no-shows after the conference.  No refunds will be issued onsite.

Payment Details
Full payment must be received with your registration form.  Make checks payable to the American Heart Association or charge your registration to American Express, Discover, Visa or MasterCard. Registrations without complete payment will not be processed.  Wire transfers and purchase orders are not accepted.

Attendees registering in advance will find their badge and conference materials at the American Heart Association registration desk at the Hilton San Francisco Union Square.

Please Note: The American Heart Association shall not be liable for cancellation of the Epidemiology and Prevention | Nutrition, Physical Activity and Metabolism 2014 Scientific Sessions caused by labor strikes, civil disorders, fires, weather conditions, or other acts of God or for any damages or losses resulting from such cancellation.

Before a registration is confirmed, member and nonmember Student/Trainee or Technicians must provide proof of status with a current license or certificate, student ID or a letter written on official letterhead and signed by department head, mentor or supervisor.  The full nonmember fee will be charged if verification is not provided by March 14, 2014.
